Mantl ("we," "our," or "us") operates the mymantl.app website and mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.
Account Information. When you sign up, we collect your name and email address, either through Google OAuth or directly via email. You may also provide a username, bio, and avatar.
Film Tracking Data. We store information about films you log, including titles, watch dates, ratings, and notes.
Letterboxd Data. If you connect your Letterboxd account, we sync your diary and ratings via Letterboxd's RSS feed. We store your Letterboxd username and synced watch history.
Subscription Data. We use RevenueCat to process and manage subscriptions. We store your subscription status and entitlement history to provide Pro features. We do not store payment card information.
Usage Data. We may collect basic usage information such as features used and app interactions to improve the service.
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in these circumstances:
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies ensuring users can only access their own data. Authentication is handled through Supabase Auth. All connections use HTTPS.

Mantl is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
